Perfume Course for Flexible Study

In response to demand for flexible fragrance study material, we are pleased to offer our Self Study Perfume Course. It includes a 50 page workbook, smelling blotters and 20 samples of perfume ingredients, simple mixtures and fragrances.

The perfume course enables the participant to take a voyage of olfactive discovery and appreciate perfume and the fragrance industry in a useful and memorable way.

  • Extended smelling opportunities through commonly found ingredients

  • How Perfumers and the Perfume Industry works
  • Example Fragrance Project and a simple mixture to unravel

  • Fragrance families and additional perfumery language
  • Fragrances to smell which capture the character of the fragrance family

The course has been written and is administered by Penny Williams, a fully qualified Perfumer, British Society of Perfumers Member and experienced fragrance trainer. Over 300 people have already benefitted from Penny's training in person. This course is a combination of the best bits, delivered in a fun, straight forward and practically useful way.

On completion of the course, there is an optional test. Sucessfully passing the test leads to a Fragrance Information Certificate, which states course objectives and knowledge demonstrated.
